Our services — DESIGN SUPPORT FOR YOUR PROJECTS
Visual support for NGOs and grant projects: from idea to final files
We take on the full design cycle with all donor requirements in mind: Full package: Brand identity, presentations, social media graphics. Scale: Large-format banners for events and outdoor advertising. Audit-safe: Strict guideline compliance and exclusively licensed, copyright-cleared content. Work is delivered on time and strictly within the approved Fix Price budget.

Our approach
Design that follows donor guidelines
International donors have strict Donor Visibility guidelines. We know that a misplaced logo, the wrong margin, or a missing mandatory disclaimer can mean a project's financial report simply doesn't get approved. That's why we study each fund's guidelines before starting work and follow them precisely.
Legally clean layouts
Using random images or unlicensed fonts pulled from the internet threatens an organization's reputation and invites serious remarks from auditors. We guarantee legally clean layouts: we work only with licensed stock, verified licenses, and original graphics.
Preparing materials for print
A small brochure, a multi-page report, or a giant forum banner — each has its own pitfalls. The wrong resolution, ignored bleed margins that end up cutting off important text, or a color-profile mistake can all mean a blurry image, washed-out colors, or a ruined print run. We take full ownership of this stage: pre-press preparation for any format. We contact the print shop ourselves, agree on technical requirements, hand off the files, and oversee the process — right up to ordering a proof print (color proof) if needed. You don't need to understand the finer points of printing — we'll handle it for you.

Visual design of materials
— it isn't about decoration or abstract trends, it's about how your audience perceives your information. Before someone starts reading a report, presentation, or brochure, they subconsciously judge the project's professionalism and seriousness by how it looks. If the visual approach feels dated or careless, important social messages can simply get lost in the noise. We design as a clear communication channel that helps donors and partners grasp the value and scale of your work at a glance.
Accessible and readable
We account for contrast and text readability in every layout — your materials will be clear to everyone, including people with visual impairments.
